Shipping and Delivery

We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. We deal with products and services and we deliver services in 24 hours' time. In the case of products, our primary shipping service is DTDC Plus. DTDC Plus is a premium delivery service of DTDC and will ensure the delivery of goods either the next day in the case of metros and select cities and in 48 hours for the rest of India. For clear details, please visit www.dtdc.com. Items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 4 PM IST, paid with a credit card or net banking without complication. Payment complications include different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.

The costs of delivery and additional octroi shall be borne by the buyer. Shipping charges are calculated using the actual weight of items and the location of the orders. The more you buy, the less your shipping cost is as a percentage of your total amount and on a per-unit basis. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Time is dependent on two factors. The first is "Availability", which is noted on every product's detail page and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple of days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.

The second factor is the method of delivery – DTDC Plus is the fastest mode of shipping. Additionally, Please note that the delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
