Returns and Replacements
We inspect all items before shipping. We do want you to be satisfied with your purchase from iworkspace so we go through great lengths to ensure that all products listed in our store are represented accurately with descriptions and pictures. We will honor returns, exchanges or refunds for the reasons below. Returned products must be unused and in its original condition.
If your item arrives in damaged condition or is defective (We do thoroughly inspect each item before shipping).
If you are shipped the wrong item, we will accept your return and ship the correct one to you as soon as we receive the original item back from you.
To accept returns in these cases, we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the package over the phone at our Customer Care at +91 9246 200 800 or mail us at email@example.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. iworkspace reserves the right to determine whether the product has a manufacturing defect or otherwise. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
